Strain gauge is made of analyzer,polarizer and light source.

This instrument can test light and dark stripes of lenes,know skewness inside,test situation changing of installation stress when producing lenses,glasses and sunglasses, test distribution of trust face in procedure of PC lens injection, distinguish true and false of crystal lenes.

It’s a enssencial instrument in glasses production and glasses shops.

Instruction for use:

1) Plug in the strain gauge,switch on.

2) Put glasses between the analyzer and the polarizer.

3) Down to observe stress situation of lens circum from top of analyzer.

4) Judge whether the stress is uniform according to the stress situation,then confirm which part needs to be revised.

5) Put revised glasses to strain gauge,check again to make sure it’s no problem.
